Looking to start a new career in the UK’s growing retrofit industry?
Begin your journey with the ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment and qualify as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) – your first step towards becoming a retrofit professional.
As a certified DEA, you’ll assess the energy efficiency of residential properties and produce legally required Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for homes being sold or rented across the UK.
Once qualified, you will advance further by completing the Level 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment, gaining the specialist skills needed to carry out retrofit assessments in line with PAS 2035 and the forthcoming BS 40104 standards.
At The Retrofit Academy, we provide industry-leading, flexible online training designed by retrofit experts. Our courses combine expert tuition with practical, real-world insight – helping you become a fully qualified professional ready to make an impact in the UK’s retrofit revolution.
All candidates must be 18 years of age and be eligible to live and work in the UK. You must live or work in England to be eligible for this funding.
