Customer Success Assistant Wanted
Salary: £24,570 + competitive package (pension, 33 days leave, additional benefits)

The Retrofit Academy CIC is the driving force behind retrofit training in the UK – and we’re looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our expert team. This is your chance to support the next generation of retrofit professionals and play a key role in tackling the UK’s net zero challenge.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver warm, proactive, solution-focused support across all learner and member touchpoints.
  • Anticipate needs, offer guidance, and ensure a smooth, personalised onboarding-to-completion experience.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, and escalate concerns to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Support webinars, renewals, upsells and billing processes while maintaining accurate CRM and LMS data.
  • Champion continuous improvement by providing feedback, removing friction and enhancing the customer journey.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, education support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • A genuine interest in learning, education, or professional development.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate customer needs before they arise.
